Wireless printing makes life easier — no cables, no restrictions, and the ability to print from phones, laptops, and tablets. This universal guide works for most HP, Canon, Epson, and Brother wireless printers.
📡 Before starting, make sure your Wi-Fi network name and password are ready.
Step 1: Power On the Printer
Turn on your printer and wait until it finishes startup.
Step 2: Open Wireless Setup Menu
Use the printer’s control panel to find Wireless Settings or Wi-Fi Setup.
Step 3: Connect to Your Wi-Fi Network
- Select your Wi-Fi network name
- Enter the password
- Wait for confirmation
Step 4: Install Printer App or Drivers

Step 5: Add Printer to Your Device
Open the app → Add Printer → Select detected device.
Step 6: Test Print
Print a test page to confirm connection.
